The duoMAT 650 are semi-automatic double chambers machines and designed in the WEBOMATIC CleanDesign®.
The inclined surfaces prevent puddles of dirt and give the machine a characteristic design.
All surfaces are made of stainless steel. The “table”, i.e. the working surface, is fully wash-down capable.
Pluggable Sealing Bars
This innovative interchangeable system enables a quick and easy replacement of the seal plates with minimal machine downtime.

A step-by-step guide on the PLC control leads the operator through the process while the seal plate change runs almost automatically through the included transfer frame.

duoMAT 650
High packaging performance and flexibility
The WEBOMATIC duoMAT 650 double chamber machine stands for high packaging performance and flexibility.
Two chambers and the swiveling lid enable efficient packaging of a wide range of products with an edge length of up to 65 cm. While the packaging cycle runs automatically in one chamber, the second chamber can already be reloaded.
Intelligent Packaging
All duoMAT series double chamber machines are equipped with the intelligent IGT-Premium controller. This controller offers three selectable vacuum packaging modes and up to 20 individually customizable packaging programs.
Other features of the IGT premium controller include:
* High-resolution colour screen (approx. 94 x 54 mm)
* Hygienic, smooth scroll wheel with multiple language sets
* Absolute vacuum sensor for vacuum, MAP, Soft-Air
Three different vacuum processes:
– Best-Vac.: evacuation until the best possible final vacuum is reached
– Ultimate value: evacuates until the selected value is reached
– Time select: evacuation by pre-setting a vacuum time
Easy maintenance
The sealing bars inside the swiveling lid can be loosened with a targeted hand movement.
Special service flaps allow quick and easy access to the vacuum pump and the switch cabinet attached to the side.
