The reliable tray sealers are designed according to WEBOMATIC CleanDesign® criteria. The hygienically protected film chamber is also worthy of note: the cover protects the operator from the film, leaving it perfectly sealed to the product.

The machine is capable of both external and optional internal cutting. As optional equipment, WEBOMATIC offers a tool that can produce both skin and MAP packaging. This enables an extremely fast production changeover.

The specially extended chamber allows for a variety of tray formats and tray arrangements – up to ½ standard Euro box size and ½ standard Gastronomy (½ GN) container size (max tray size 400 x 300 x 120 mm).
