The duoMAT 450 are semi-automatic double chambers machines designed in the WEBOMATIC CleanDesign®.
Easy to clean
The inclined surfaces prevent puddles of dirt and give the machine a characteristic design.
All surfaces are made of stainless steel. The table, i.e. the working surface, is fully wash-down capable.
Pluggable Sealing Bars
This innovative interchangeable system allows quick and easy replacement without tools, just by hand, and with minimal machine downtime.
Simple and user-friendly process
A step-by-step guide on PLC control leads the operator through the process.
While the seal plate change runs almost automatically through the included transfer frame.

duoMAT 450
Efficient Vacuum Packaging.
The smallest WEBOMATIC double chamber machine duoMAT 450 guarantees efficient packaging in the smallest of spaces.
Two chambers and the swivel cover system allow for staggered loading and vacuuming of a variety of products up to a length of 45 cm. While the packaging process takes place in one chamber, the second chamber can be loaded again.
Intelligent Packaging
Like all duoMAT series double chamber machines, the duoMAT 450 is equipped with an intelligent IGT-Premium control system. This includes three selectable vacuum packaging modes and up to 20 individually adaptable packaging programs.
Other features of the IGT premium controller include:
* High-resolution colour screen (approx. 94 x 54 mm)
* Hygienic, smooth scroll wheel with multiple language sets
* Absolute vacuum sensor for vacuum, MAP, Soft-Air
Three different vacuum processes:
– Best-Vac.: evacuation until the best possible final vacuum is reached
– Ultimate value: evacuates until the selected value is reached
– Time select: evacuation by pre-setting a vacuum time
Easy Maintenance
Convenient maintenance: The sealing bars of the vacuum chambers can be easily detached with targeted hand movement. Special service flaps provide easy access to the vacuum pump and the side-mounted control cabinet.
